Tampa Home Inspection
With the knowledge and understand for the many different type of system for their components that is in need to make up a hole home. This ability to relay this information to the homeowner has increased the life expectancy and lowered the overall maintenance cost for the homeowner.
Our emphasis is not necessarily based upon "code compliance", which in actuality sets minimum standards, but rather is concerned with whether a system or component is installed or performing according to published industry and/or manufacturer's specifications. Because of the volume of inspections behind us and the many continuing education seminars that we have attended, our ability to perform thorough inspections exceeds that of most other inspection companies.
Our clients are encouraged to attend the inspection. By doing so they will have a better understanding of the conditions of the home that they are buying - what is normal wear & tear and what may have need for repair or correction. Most of our clients, many from the home construction trades, express surprise at the number of components that are reviewed in the inspection - aspects that they would not have considered for evaluation.
The inspection report is provided at the conclusion of the inspection. If for any reason our clients have a question, we ask that they call us, whether this is for a clarification on the report, routine maintenance or even for "how to" inquiries. We believe that a client's ability to make sound decisions is largely based upon the information contained in the report and the inspection itself.
Please take the time to look through our web site. We've included a wealth of information which will help you better understand the ins and outs of home inspection, and we hope this information will be useful to you.
We here at Divinity Inspection Service, LLC want to take this opertunity to say THANK YOU for your time and have a great day!
